Make your own decisions
Our Services
Our training and experience has prepared us to help, reassure and understand.
We offer many different services. Our training and experience has prepared us to help, to reassure, and to understand when a family is faced with the loss of a loved one. We are here to replace confusion with calm, doubts with certainty, and questions with answers. Here, one finds a quiet gentleness in a relaxed atmosphere of respect, efficiency, and trust. We believe your service choice is a personal decision. Here we explain and guide you through the options available, then allow you to make your own decisions.
However, in arranging a burial or cremation service, we understand that every family is different; every life to be celebrated is unique. Many factors help determine whether a service will become simple or elaborate, private or public, and even religious or secular (non-religious). As respected and experienced Funeral Directors, we are used to solving the big questions.
There are many options available to you and your loved one beyond the role of a traditional funeral directors which we will be more than happy to discuss with you at time of arranging the funeral or funeral plan.
Memorial Masonry
We work with a local stone mason and offer a full range of cremation tablets and headstones. All work is guaranteed and complies with local cemetery and churchyard regulations.
Funeral Plans
It is not unusual these days for someone to plan and pre-pay for their own funeral. Peace of mind is to be had by knowing that your wishes will be followed and your loved ones will not be burdened by the cost.
Floral Tributes
We entrust an experienced local florist to create the floral tribute you feel is just right for your loved one. In addition to a wide range of established designs, bespoke tributes can be designed to your specification.
Music Tributes
These days, music forms an integral part of the funeral proceedings. Music can range from traditional hymns though to contemporary pop. We can provide a solo artist to sing, a choir or a piper as well as many other options, the choice is yours.
Burial At Sea
Burials of this nature are few and far between these days, but can still be arranged. If this is an option you would like to discuss, please contact us for further information.
Legal Support
In the event that you do not have a solicitor, we can recommend a local solicitor to help with probate matters and legal advice in general regarding the deceased’s estate.
Our Promise
We promise to look after every aspect of the funeral personally and to treat the deceased with dignity and respect at all times. We also promise to be here when you need us 24 hours a day.
